About the role
- Support the full execution of influencer campaigns
- Coordinate shipments and manage influencer logistics
- Track coverage on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Monitor brand mentions and compile performance summaries
- Assist with awareness activations
- Contribute trend-driven ideas to the U.S. content calendar
- Adapt global assets to ensure cultural relevance
- Create and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Support community management
- Capture live content at events
Requirements
- Passionate about TikTok trends, beauty creators, and digital storytelling
- Currently studying marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
- Previous relevant internship or project experience in social media marketing
- Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends and tools
- Graphic design and editing skills (PowerPoint and Canva required)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong writing skills; a creative and impactful writing style is a plus
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, project management tools like Asana, and the MS Office suite
- Proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic
- Experience with video editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Interest in beauty, skincare, or influencer culture
