Customer Support

• Handle inquiries on orders, shipping, invoices, and product availability
• Liaise with finance for payment issues, credit limits, and chargebacks
• Manage service issues and coordinate replacements or returns with QA (Daira)
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and sales reps
• Maintain and update customer service KPIs dashboard (orders processed, OTIF, complaints, etc.)
• Track and analyze claims, credit memo volume, reasons, and trends
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements (e.g., order entry automation, document templates)
• Ensure SOPs are up-to-date for all B2B customer types and internal processes
• Support implementation of new tools or system enhancements

Customer Service Analyst – In Office

Analyst

• Collect, structure and analyze data from information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
• Identify levers to optimize flows (procurement, production, distribution)
• Build and monitor performance indicators (Service Level, Months on Hand (MOH), Obsolete Inventory, Forecast Accuracy…)
• Develop decision-making dashboards
• Provide recommendations based on analyses to improve supply chain efficiency
• Work closely with planning teams to refine demand forecasts
• Participate in supply and inventory planning
• Anticipate stock-outs or overstock situations and propose corrective action plans
• Contribute to the reliability of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Lead weekly promotional project progress meetings
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and systems
• Monitor technology trends and propose innovations
• Support logistics and customer service teams in analyzing and resolving field issues
• Train users on analysis tools and supply chain best practices
