About the role

  • Lead the weekly/monthly sales forecasting process, synthesizing data from Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain into a single source of truth.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to challenge assumptions, analyze variances, and align leadership on growth strategies.
  • Project-manage high-priority initiatives, such as new product launches, Amazon channel optimization, and holiday peak planning.
  • Proactively identify performance gaps or supply chain risks and recommend actionable mitigation plans.
  • Design and deliver QBRs and Board materials that distill complex data into clear, "so-what" insights.
  • Identify organizational friction and implement scalable tools to improve operational speed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking. Experience at a high-growth consumer hardware or DTC startup is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Expert-level Excel skills with the ability to build complex, bottoms-up operational models from scratch.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders through data-backed insights.
  • A structured problem-solver who can pivot between high-level strategy and granular execution.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of turning data sets into clear executive narratives.
