Requirements
Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager, preferably in startups, agencies, or digital companies.
Strong prioritization skills based on business impact and efficiency.
Practical knowledge of automation processes and no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make). Hands-on development is not required, but understanding how the tools work is important.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
Ability to turn complex problems into clear, measurable action plans.
Ability to work with small, cross-functional teams and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
