About the role
- Lead AI and automation projects from concept to production delivery.
- Translate business problems into clear, actionable projects for the technical team.
- Prioritize initiatives based on real impact (hours saved, costs avoided, or increased productivity).
- Work closely with automation analysts to ensure speed and quality of deliveries.
- Organize and maintain a strategic backlog focused on efficiency.
- Run light planning and tracking rituals.
- Measure and report results to company leadership.
- Identify new automation opportunities across the company.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager, preferably in startups, agencies, or digital companies.
- Strong prioritization skills based on business impact and efficiency.
- Practical knowledge of automation processes and no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make). Hands-on development is not required, but understanding how the tools work is important.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
- Ability to turn complex problems into clear, measurable action plans.
- Ability to work with small, cross-functional teams and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Organized, communicative, delivery-focused, and pragmatic profile.
