Drive the product vision to deliver an excellent partner discoverability experience for our Members and Subscribers.
Define product requirements and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions, as well as continuously review and improve existing product functionality and performance.
Analyze and evaluate product opportunities to enhance partner discoverability and the perceived value of Wellhub's network.
Build, communicate, and discuss your product vision with internal stakeholders.
Lead product planning and create and manage high-quality roadmaps.
Work closely with data, product design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver well-rounded, scalable, and outstanding product features.
Define goals and metrics, track progress, and report results.
Design and run user tests, qualitative surveys, and A/B tests.
Analyze product data to generate insights and identify opportunities across the user experience and the Search & Recommendation APIs — from improving how partners are showcased in the interface to rankings and models.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Program Manager responsible for the APIs to ensure aligned planning and smooth product improvement cycles.

Requirements
Experience leading the product development of consumer-facing digital products, in close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Hands-on mindset with an entrepreneurial, self-driven spirit and a strong desire to make things happen.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate, and improve the product.
Excellent problem-solving skills — able to structure problems, prioritize, and make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments.
Ability to identify and connect user needs with business needs and develop effective solutions to meet them.
Ability to analyze complex requirements and intricate user flows and translate them into simple, friendly, and intuitive solutions with attention to detail.
Ability to discuss high-level product decisions as well as technical details effectively when necessary.
Experience with consumer-facing digital products; marketplace experience is a plus.
Experience managing user-facing products that integrate with machine learning APIs, search, and recommender systems is a plus.
Prior experience in search and browsing product journeys is a plus.
