About the role
- Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing small business customers
- Enhance customer satisfaction and credit risk profile
- Understand BNZ’s specialist offering and refer customers as appropriate
- Create and maintain a proactive and structured call cycle
- Maintain strong networking relationships with market advocates
Requirements
- Proven lending experience and an understanding of business financials is essential
- Some understanding of the challenges that come with running a small business
- Demonstrate business development or previous experience acquiring new business
- Ability to effectively manage complex relationships
- Work well in a team
- Enjoy getting out into the Business community and forging long lasting relationships
