• Your main goal will be to enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.

• Your main goal will be to design and scale n8n’s post-sales operating system to maximize NRR through smarter strategy, cleaner processes, and automation that makes Customer Success and Support faster and better.
• Own headcount planning and capacity models to align resources with retention and expansion goals.
• Drive territory/segment design to support clear coverage, prioritization, and predictable execution.
• Build and improve forecasting and planning rhythms to increase accuracy for renewals and expansions.
• Design and continuously optimize end-to-end workflows for onboarding, support, renewals, and expansions.
• Define and operationalize customer health scoring that becomes a trusted input for prioritization and action.

• Your main goal will be to lead and scale n8n’s Core Experience engineering organization - helping a broad, growing set of product teams deliver excellent user experiences, strong technical foundations, and ambitious AI-native product innovation.
• To do so, you’ll lead a significant and expanding part of our engineering organization, supporting multiple leaders and their teams (AI, Nodes, Community, and Adoption & Retention) while shaping how we build product experiences in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.

Director of Engineering

Security Engineer

• Your main goal will be to define and raise n8n’s security posture so we can scale product innovation, support enterprise growth, and help engineering teams ship securely by default.
• Define what “secure” means for n8n across product, platform, and customer-facing security commitments.
• Set the security roadmap, clarify priorities, and drive pragmatic decisions on the highest-impact risks.
• Act as the company’s central security leader, bringing visibility, direction, and accountability across engineering and leadership.
• Build the tooling, guardrails, and workflows that help engineering teams ship secure code without unnecessary friction.
• Embed security into the SDLC through pragmatic reviews, standards, automation, and developer education.
• Partner with teams across product and engineering to ensure security is considered early in architecture, infrastructure, and delivery decisions.
• Own vulnerability management operations, including intake, triage, disclosure, bug bounty coordination, and remediation follow-through.
• Lead incident readiness and response by creating playbooks, running exercises, and coordinating investigations when needed.
• Drive Trust & Safety enablement by improving how we handle abuse risk, AI-related threat vectors, and platform misuse.
• Build and lead n8n’s security function over time, including hiring and shaping the team based on evolving business needs.

Head of Application Security

Community Manager

• Support and grow the US ambassador network
• Act as the main point of contact for US-based ambassadors
• Help identify and onboard new ambassadors in key cities
• Coach ambassadors on running high-quality events
• Work closely with the Ambassador Program Manager
• Organize and host community events across the West Coast
• Set the standard for what a good n8n event looks like
• Support events tied to n8n leadership visits
• Contribute to larger initiatives like future US conferences
• You’ll collaborate with a Europe based team
• You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy
• You’ll need to be comfortable making decisions without a lot of structure
• You’ll travel regularly across the US (and to Europe several times a year)

Marketing

• Own the enterprise events calendar end to end, from selection and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up
• Manage the events budget directly, making smart tradeoffs across owned activations, sponsorships, and field presence
• Partner with Sales, Partner and SDRs to align event strategy with pipeline priorities and target accounts
• Work with Demand Gen to build pre- and post-event programs that turn attendance into qualified pipeline
• Track and report on event performance, including brand impact, leads generated, and pipeline attribution
• Represent n8n at key industry conferences and build relationships with event organizers and partners
