About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, focusing on mid-market accounts
- Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process
- Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n during onboarding
- Refine and shape US sales motion alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies
- Be a key voice in US expansion, helping to build the foundation for future growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar)
- Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products
- Track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline
- Experience working with technical buyers
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment
- Bonus points: Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage
- Based in Boston (monthly travels to NYC) or New York (hybrid 2-3 days per week) and open to traveling
