About the role

  • Onboard new customers and set them up for long-term success.
  • Nurture expansion opportunities and lead upsell/cross-sell conversations.
  • Proactively solve technical and commercial challenges across a book of business.
  • Manage customer communications and support escalations smoothly.
  • Design playbooks, workflows, and automations to engage customers at scale using n8n.
  • Build systems and processes to serve a higher volume of customers efficiently.
  • Share best practices and learnings to help the CS team improve continuously.
  • Identify and execute scalable customer initiatives (e.g., webinars, round tables).
  • Progress order forms and ensure seamless collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key customers to uncover growth potential.
  • Keep customer data and CRM records accurate and actionable.
  • Lead projects that improve CS processes for the whole team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Sales, and Product to deliver customer value.

Requirements

  • Customer Success expertise: manage a book of business, run QBRs, and deliver great onboarding experiences.
  • Curiosity & intelligence: quickly grasp what n8n does and adapt approach accordingly.
  • Technical ability: ability to build workflows in n8n, understand technical basics, and escalate effectively.
  • Commercial acumen: experience managing upsells and cross-sells in a SaaS environment.
  • Scaled CS experience (nice-to-have): experience managing a large, low-touch customer portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills (nice-to-have): clear, structured speaking style and strong phone presence.
  • Process mindset (nice-to-have): experience setting up CS tooling, processes, or playbooks.
  • Technical engagement (nice-to-have): comfortable engaging with technical audiences (engineers, IT, DevOps) in a commercial capacity.
  • Work authorization: company can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country candidates must have existing right to work.
  • Language: company language is English.
