About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts (<2 500 employees | $40k-$60k land deals | 3 months sales cycle on average)
- Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process.
- Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based.
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies.
- Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar).
- Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products.
- Top performer: You have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team.
- Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record in outbound sales.
- Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline.
- Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment.
- Bonus points: You have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage.
