About the role

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of executed life sciences contracts, ensuring all milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for contract execution, managing relationships with pharma, biotech, and research partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination efforts, bringing together teams from Clinical Operations, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other internal stakeholders to deliver on contract commitments.
  • Manage all project phases from kick-off through close-out, including regular client meetings, status updates, and comprehensive documentation of decisions and action items.
  • Monitor project health through dashboards and management tools, proactively identifying and escalating risks, and driving resolution of critical project-related issues.
  • Track and report key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders on a regular cadence, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout contract delivery.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
  • Advocate for the client experience across the organization, communicating feedback, product needs, and client sentiment to internal stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, client operations, or account management within healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of operating in ambiguity and standing up scalable process where there is none
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leaders across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet long- and short-term deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and analytics for decision-making and reporting.
  • Proficiency with project management and other tools (e.g., Jira, Hubspot, or similar platforms).
