Director of Network Business Development

• Identify, structure, and execute trial-level and enterprise-level deals with pharma, biotech, with strong emphasis on top 30 pharma
• Understand and navigate decision makers, influencers, and project-level personnel to achieve multi-tiered customer relationships
• Leverage and grow professional network in clinical development, translational medicine, data science, biostats and real-world data to drive immediate impact
• Organize and lead presentations (including deck ideation/development, bringing the right experts, and managing preparation)
• Generate and negotiate contracts, including deal terms, pricing, IP terms, among other business/legal items
• Work closely with Operations, Clinical Science, Product and Data teams to evaluate business opportunities, scope offering/solution and deliver high quality proposals (proposal writing experience is a must)

Director of Business Development

Full-stack Engineer

• Architect, build, and scale core applications, working from the user interface to backend services.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and resilient full-stack systems and features. Define and drive best practices for architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code for both front-end and back-end components using Python and JavaScript.
• Build modern and responsive user interfaces using frameworks like React and/or dynamic server-side rendering with HTMX.
• Design and build robust APIs and services, ensuring high performance and reliability.

LLM Engineer

• Architect and spearhead the development of cutting-edge, scalable AI infrastructure, including novel human-in-the-loop (HITL) paradigms, ensuring our systems learn effectively from feedback.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of core MLOps components and systems for our LLMs—including CI/CD, monitoring, and automated feedback loops—ensuring robustness, scalability, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Define and shape solutions for complex automation and deployment challenges, enabling the strategic application of our cutting-edge AI.
• Drive technical alignment and integration with AI Data Science and Software Engineering teams, ensuring the seamless transition of AI solutions from research into production environments and influencing architectural standards.

Senior Large Language Model (LLM) Operations Engineer

Affiliate Manager

• Virtually accompany the healthcare provider in all scheduled visits into patient examination rooms to assist the provider by developing draft clinical notes
• Work virtually in an outpatient oncology/hematology office, review patient charts, create clear and concise oncological histories, and capture key variables used to pre-screen candidates for clinical trials
• Serve as the Company’s trusted face to the clinical practice, providing clinical support while improving routine care data quality
• Assist with chart preparation aligning with the healthcare provider’s needs and documenting what has occurred since last visit
• Identify missing information needed for clinical trial pre-screening and prompt provider for needed information
• Utilize the EMR to document all clinic activity including procedures, assessments, and patient orders (laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to protocol requirements and data quality standards
• Remind provider of relevant recommended evaluations when appropriate, with documentation to support data integrity
• Review completed charts with the provider as appropriate
• Ensure quality and integrity of data capture, compliance and confidentiality with Company’s and site’s policies, SOPs, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Data Scientist

• Develop analytics endpoints and frameworks in R for prospective ECA and retrospective RWD studies, ensuring reproducibility, transparency, and scalability across multiple indications
• Design and own reusable data science tools/products that enable broader teams—clinical, product, biostatistics, and external collaborators—to access data, derive insights, and run analyses without deep programming expertise
• Create standardized, validated endpoints that can be used repeatedly across studies, accelerating timelines and improving comparability of results
