About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary liaison between oncology product management, clinical research operations, analytics teams, and engineering
Translate product requirements into actionable engineering work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
Significant experience managing the product development lifecycle within a software organization
Strong knowledge of product management principles and methodologies
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and engineering processes
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives and holding partners accountable without direct authority
Strong analytical capabilities for risk analysis, metrics interpretation, and data-informed decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
