About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary liaison between oncology product management, clinical research operations, analytics teams, and engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Significant experience managing the product development lifecycle within a software organization
  • Strong knowledge of product management principles and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and engineering processes
  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives and holding partners accountable without direct authority
  • Strong analytical capabilities for risk analysis, metrics interpretation, and data-informed decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
