Regulatory Affairs Director – Expanded Access Programs

General

• Lead the planning and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and other non-interventional studies.

Chief Technology Officer

• As Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), based at our Amsterdam headquarters, you will be a central member of the leadership team and a close strategic partner to the CEO.
• You will not just oversee a department; you will lead myTomorrows through its next chapter of technological maturity, platform scaling, and product-driven value creation.
• You will be the primary owner of our product strategy, driving what we build and why.
• You will further translate our mission into a clear product vision, grounded in market needs and competitive differentiation.
• You will serve as a trusted product & technology representative, to our Supervisory Board, and BioPharma clients.
• You'll mature our infrastructure (transitioning to Kubernetes and Terraform), while ensuring strict compliance with international frameworks like GDPR and US health data regulations.

Chief Product & Technology Officer

• Support the development and execution of regulatory strategies for Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) involving biologicals, cell therapies, and synthetic drugs.
• Act as the Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance expert for communications with clients (pharmaceutical companies) and submissions to Health Authorities, as well as cross-functional meetings and audits.
• Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers for cohort and named patient Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) on behalf of clients.
• Provide input and support for the regulatory strategy for setting up and executing EAPs (e.g., where, when, and how).

Regulatory Affairs Manager – Expanded Access Programs

General Counsel

• As Legal Counsel Product, you will be the legal partner embedded in our product and engineering organisation, making sure our platform is built on a globally sound legal foundation, and that it can scale compliantly across every market we operate in.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design compliant SaaS, subscription, and platform models, identifying the legal requirements that need to be built in from the start.
• Define how regulatory and compliance risks are allocated across product tiers, ensuring the platform can grow without accumulating unmanaged legal exposure.
• Identify legal and regulatory challenges early in the product development cycle and build preventive frameworks, so issues are addressed before they become blockers.
• Provide practical legal guidance on healthcare regulatory matters across our markets, covering MDR, GDPR, NHS frameworks, HIPAA, and jurisdiction-specific requirements wherever we operate.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product requirements that engineering and product teams can work with directly.
• Work with Privacy & Contracting Counsel to ensure platform regulatory requirements across all markets are embedded in templates and playbooks, enabling consistent and efficient execution globally.
• Contribute to maintaining the company’s AI governance framework, including policies, risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring under the EU AI Act and related regulations.
• Partner with product, data, and compliance colleagues to ensure AI systems are ethical, legally sound, and meet applicable healthcare regulatory standards.
• Support the adoption of AI across business functions in a way that is transparent, compliant, and enables rather than constrains innovation.
• Act as the primary legal partner for product, compliance, and commercial teams on day-to-day matters, embedded in their workflows and accessible, not a distant advisory function.

• Be the primary contact person for our BioPharma clients and internal stakeholders for the patient recruitment programs under your responsibility
• Be responsible for the onboarding and launch of new programs, including overseeing the development of patient recruitment materials (e.g., clinical trial landing pages with pre-screening questionnaires)
