• Design and build high-converting landing pages for patient recruitment, lead-gen, and partnership using Droip (a Webflow-like visual page builder for WordPress).
• Create reusable page sections and components that increase publishing velocity, consistency, and scalability.
• Improve conversion rate, page speed, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals across key pages.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Design, Brand & Comms, and Engineering to enable successful launches and meaningful journey experiences.
• Turn program briefs, campaigns, and growth experiments into live pages within target timelines and specifications.
• Maintain and refactor existing pages to reduce technical debt and improve scalability.
• Use modern, AI-assisted development workflows (e.g. Cursor or similar tools) to accelerate build, iteration, and refactoring without compromising code quality or maintainability.

• Execute the customer order process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate product shipment.
• Correctly capture all data related to customer orders, including actual delivery dates, order status, and freight costs for accurate reporting.
• Assist in troubleshooting supply chain issues following standard operating procedures.
• Support selection and preparation of shipment containers, ensuring compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain product and order databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day documentation related to logistics, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with (EU) GDP and GMP.
• Support the logistics service providers and assist in maintaining seamless operations.

• Design, implement and fully own the gross margin calculation framework across programs, clients, and revenue streams
• Ensure margin methodology, assumptions and controls are documented, robust and scalable
• Work with imperfect and evolving data while ensuring output remains defensible and decision-ready
• Create clear margin analyses that show drivers of profitability, operational levers and program-level performance
• Deliver a monthly margin view by program and client, including clear variance drivers (actuals vs budget/forecast) and actionable commentary

• Support the full budgeting and forecasting cycle: assumptions, scenario modelling, and reforecasting
• Create structures that make performance tracking reliable (actuals vs budget/forecast), with transparent logic and auditability.
• Build input templates and lightweight governance to ensure budget owners can update assumptions consistently and efficiently
• Ensure margin reporting is accurate, consistent and aligned with Dutch GAAP
• Partner closely with Accounting / Financial Control to align month-end outputs and resolve data issues early
• Improve reporting cadence and reduce manual work through better modelling, tooling and standardization
• Serve as a proactive finance partner to senior stakeholders, translating financial outputs into clear business recommendations.
• Partner closely with Program Management, Commercial, and Operations to validate revenue and cost drivers, align assumptions, and improve data quality over time.
• Produce insights that support decisions such as: pricing and commercial terms, margin improvement opportunities, program selection and prioritization, operational efficiency and cost optimization
• Be the go-to person for complex profitability questions, turning messy topics into clear ones with minimal guidance.
• Turn ambiguity into structure by defining the approach, aligning stakeholders, and executing end-to-end.
• Own analysis end-to-end, reducing dependency on senior leadership for recurring insights and ad-hoc work
• Introduce structure, repeatability and “single source of truth” reporting where possible.
