About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the Real-World Data team, including RWD Associates, Specialists, and Interns.
- Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy at myTomorrows.
- Oversee the set-up and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and non-interventional studies.
- Support clients on eCRF design, database set-up, and data management planning.
- Author and review RWD-related policies and SOPs within myTomorrows' Quality Management System.
- Represent myTomorrows externally on RWD topics — including at conferences, business development meetings, and audits.
- Build awareness and understanding of RWD internally across the organization.
- Stay current on data collection practices and regulatory developments in the EAP space.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, (Bio)medical Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Real-World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.
- Demonstrated leadership experience — managing teams or complex projects.
- Experience with RWD collection within Expanded Access Programs is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent client communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
