About the role
- Functional/Technical lead for implementations of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration
- Participate in Discovery and Fit/Gap workshops and develop Requirements documentation
- Lead solution design and implementation ensuring integrated software solutions within time and budget
- Review business requirements and processes across Benefits Administration and related HCM modules
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems
- Define systems strategy, gather/document business requirements, and design as-is/to-be processes
- Create functional and technical design documents, configuration workbooks, and map design decisions
- Develop customizations and integrations per technical design and standards
- Perform Unit Testing of system configurations and customizations
- Develop end-user training materials and test plans; oversee end user testing
- Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements and interact with senior management
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
- Perform all other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Benefits Administration
- Proficient in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, testing and system integration
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2
- Expertise in PeopleSoft development tools including Application Designer, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Structured Query Language
- Demonstrated experience leading fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and client user training
- Experience developing customizations and integrations for Pension Administration and related HCM modules
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- US Citizenship required to work on this project
