About the role
- Lead and develop a high-performing outreach and enrollment team
- Forge strong partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources across the Los Angeles market
- Build the outreach and marketing program from the ground up
- Shape strategies that will connect underserved frail seniors with comprehensive care
- Track referrals, applications, enrollments, and partner activity
- Ensure strict adherence to DHCS and CMS marketing/enrollment regulations
- Collaborate across the business with Finance and HR to stay aligned on policies and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years in outreach, sales, business development, or marketing (healthcare, senior services, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring outreach/sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing and enrollment strategies
- Proven success building relationships with referral sources, hospitals, providers, brokers/agencies, and community organizations
- Proficiency using CRM systems and reporting tools to track outreach activity
- Understanding of state and federal regulations governing healthcare marketing/enrollment (PACE or managed care experience preferred)
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
