• Lead and develop a high-performing outreach and enrollment team
• Forge strong partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources across the Los Angeles market
• Build the outreach and marketing program from the ground up
• Shape strategies that will connect underserved frail seniors with comprehensive care

• Collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, operations, and development teams to ensure our EMR solutions are effective and transformative for patient care.
• Lead projects and implementations that bridge the gap between technology and patient outcomes.
• Deliver innovative, provider-friendly solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
• Monitor EMR performance and adoption using qualitative feedback and quantitative data.
• Drive continuous improvement by regularly evaluating end-user workflows and identifying opportunities to simplify outcomes.
• Track readiness and intervene when performance, quality, usability, or adoption issues emerge.
• Identify recurring skill and performance gaps and share themes with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure EMR solutions meet applicable regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
• Embed compliance into product design and delivery by collaborating with Compliance, Security/IT, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain working knowledge of key healthcare regulations and standards and translate them into clear system requirements.
• Own Agile product delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning in partnership with Engineering and operational stakeholders.
