Role purpose: support delivery of People & Culture initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, systems management, data reporting, learning and development, and project delivery
Key responsibilities: manage full recruitment lifecycle, administer HRIS (Employment Hero) and ATS (Lever), drive employee engagement and culture, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Requirements
Three or more years of experience in a human resources or recruitment role
Proven experience administering HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
High proficiency in Excel, with experience managing and reporting on employee data
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with people at all levels
A systems and process-oriented mindset and solid project management skills
Ability to manage sensitive information and data professionally, in line with ISO 27001 requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
