About the role

- Role purpose: support delivery of People & Culture initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, systems management, data reporting, learning and development, and project delivery
- Key responsibilities: manage full recruitment lifecycle, administer HRIS (Employment Hero) and ATS (Lever), drive employee engagement and culture, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a human resources or recruitment role
- Proven experience administering HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- High proficiency in Excel, with experience managing and reporting on employee data
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with people at all levels
- A systems and process-oriented mindset and solid project management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information and data professionally, in line with ISO 27001 requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
