About the role
- Work alongside the business Leadership Teams, Partners and Team Leaders to drive the people strategy
- Being the key driver of signature people activities such as performance and talent processes as well as workforce design
- Unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, and build a trusted and value-add relationship
- Partnering with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance in line with our firmwide People, People & Culture strategy
- Monitoring progress against the people plan, providing regular data, analytics and insights to inform and shape business decisions
- Partnering with firmwide colleagues and Centres Of Excellence
- Coaching and mentoring of a team of P&C Business Partners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their effectiveness and career growth
- Providing oversight and support for complex people matters
- Champion initiatives that foster an inclusive, sustainable high-performance culture within Enabling Functions
Requirements
- HR business partnering, with extensive experience working at senior and executive level leadership in a senior human resources generalist position
- Transformation and change management experience within large, complex organisations
- Providing strategic and commercial advice to senior and executive level stakeholders
- Executing on people and culture related strategies
