- Lead strategy and execution for MyOme’s marketing in the genomics and precision health space Develop and oversee creation of scientifically accurate, audience-appropriate content: white papers, provider FAQs, blogs, webinars, and case studies Collaborate with medical, product, and scientific teams Translate complex genomic and clinical concepts into clear, engaging messaging for multiple audiences Lead digital campaigns across website, email, SEO/SEM, paid social, and LinkedIn Monitor analytics, measure campaign performance, and optimize for ROI and lead generation Mentor junior marketing staff Coordinate with external agencies or vendors Cross-functional partner with sales, product, design, and medical teams Drive innovation in digital strategy and scientific storytelling
Requirements
- PhD in Genetics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field preferred Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, or related field if PhD not held 6–10 years of marketing experience, including 2–4 years in a leadership capacity Proven ability to translate complex scientific/clinical information into accessible marketing content Strong experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email automation, paid campaigns, analytics) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership mindset—experience managing projects, cross-functional collaboration, or junior staff
