About the role
- Collaborate with outside sales (Regional Sales Executive) partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of myKaarma’s SaaS platform.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Product Consultants to customize solution presentations that meet client needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to help refine offerings and messaging based on client insights.
- Travel up to 25% including dealer visits, trade shows, and company meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the retail automotive industry.
- Familiarity with dealership fixed operations or extensive experience working with dealerships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of dealership operations, customer service best practices, and software solutions.
