• Manage outbound and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales.
• Responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline, building long-term relationships, and exceeding performance goals.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans.
• Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options.
• Prospect new (warm) leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales.
• Ensure high-quality follow-up and meet sales goals and metrics.
• Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.

• Communicating with clients via phone and email with professionalism and care
• Handling inbound and outbound calls using an auto-dialer system
• Transferring qualified leads to our sales team
• Entering and maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce
• Preparing and mailing client kits
• Processing insurance applications and conducting verification calls
• Following up on application statuses with carriers and clients
• Supporting post-sale client satisfaction efforts
• Performing general administrative tasks like scanning, filing, and data entry
• Jumping in to support other administrative roles as needed
