Product Marketing

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing SaaS products.
• Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market.
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand features, roadmap, and customer pain points.
• Produce and manage marketing collateral including datasheets, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and messaging.
• Partner with Sales to develop enablement materials such as battle cards, pitch decks, and training sessions.
• Track and report on campaign performance, product adoption, and customer engagement metrics.
• Support customer marketing initiatives including testimonials, reviews, and reference programs.
• Attend various trade shows and conferences to promote the product(s).

Product Marketing Specialist – SaaS

Compliance

• Develop and maintain compliance with CMS, Medicare Advantage, Part D, and DSNP regulations
• Lead compliance strategy and internal audit programs
• Stay current on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations
• Create, update, and enforce company compliance policies
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee audit preparedness
• Provide compliance guidance and training to staff
• Coordinate responses to audits, regulatory requests, and investigations

Medicare Insurance Compliance Manager – Part-Time Contractor

Accountant

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks related to eCommerce transactions, including revenue recognition, payment reconciliation, and chargeback analysis.
• Manage AP/AR functions including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts, merchant accounts, and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and customer service to resolve accounting issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of annual and quarterly budgets.
