About the role
- Provide high-level recruitment support and pre-boarding/on-boarding tasks for the Talent Acquisition Team
- Partner with recruiters and other HR Coordinators to process candidates through the hiring process and move candidates through pre-boarding and on-boarding leading up to their first day of employment
- Act as a point of contact to candidates and interviewers regarding interviews and last-minute changes to interview schedules
- Provide touch points with candidates to ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed and submitted
- Work with candidates to troubleshoot issues with DocuSign and other onboarding documents
- Coordinate and arrange candidate interviews, travel and expense reimbursement
- Help candidates arrange travel, process credit card authorization forms and candidate reimbursement forms
- Interface with interview teams to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
- Prep interview packets and debrief materials
- Greet candidates, provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless
- Work with candidates managing the offer documents and onboarding documents
- Coordinate and monitor new hire onboarding requirements in HR System
- Complete tasks and file required documents appropriately and in a timely manner
- Work with internal HR and Talent Acquisition team on pre-hire activities
- Assist with other tasks as required to support the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- Requires minimum 5 years Talent Acquisition or HR related work experience
- Highly compliance driven organization where attention to detail is extremely important
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is Preferred
- Experiencing working with candidates through the stages from offer accepted through first day activities
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, high level of integrity and personal accountability
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate's Degree : Business, Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
- Or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
