• Plays a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Partners closely with all departments across the Company to deliver accurate financial insights
• Supports strategic decision-making and drives improved profitability and cash flow
• Assists the SVP of Finance and Department Leaders in budget and forecast development
• Prepares monthly financial reporting packages and analyzes key drivers impacting profitability

• Support the Legal Department processes and corporate compliance.
• Support routine and complex corporate governance across all parent and subsidiary entities, including maintaining entity records and assisting with regulatory filings
• Oversee and maintain licenses for the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to determine necessary licensure and identify responsible individuals or qualifiers.
• Corporate filings, licensing, and registrations: file, manage and maintain timely and accurate corporate registrations, renewals, and qualifications and support Legal team on corporate governance and filings.
• Review, process, and maintain legal files, department records, and department processes.
• Work with attorneys and department paraprofessionals, and corporate management, engineers, and administration as required.
• Other miscellaneous duties to support project teams.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned, including contract administration, insurance program support, claims support, and assigned corporate matters.
