About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain partner onboarding paths, role-based curricula and certification programs.
  • Create enablement assets: step-by-step playbooks, process flows, quick reference guides, recorded trainings, demo videos, and slide decks.
  • Deliver live trainings, workshops, and webinars for partner teams and internal stakeholders; facilitate Q&A and hands-on labs.
  • Develop and maintain a partner knowledge base and resources in the partner portal.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new features into enablement materials, release notes, and launch training.
  • Build and run enablement campaigns to drive product adoption and feature uptake.
  • Create assessment and certification criteria; validate partner readiness for go-live and advanced program tiers.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness with KPIs and iterate on programs.
  • Support sales enablement where needed.
  • Collect partner feedback and weave learnings into continuous improvement of content and delivery.
  • Manage enablement operations: scheduling, LMS/course setup, localization, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in partner enablement, customer enablement, sales enablement, customer success, or training at a SaaS / platform / marketplace company.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills with experience running workshops, webinars, and cohort-based trainings.
  • Excellent written and visual communication — able to create clear, concise documentation and engaging multimedia content.
  • Comfortable with technical content and working with engineering/product teams to explain integrations, APIs, and operational workflows.
  • Experience with learning platforms/LMS, knowledge bases, or partner portals and basic analytics to measure program impact.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to translate partner business needs into practical enablement.
