About the role

  • Execute the UK and Ireland partner strategy, building strong relationships with retail partners and actively developing the market to meet and grow revenue targets.
  • Take full ownership of your partner portfolio and independently develop new sales channels and partnerships to grow the network and meet revenue targets.
  • Support partners with pricing, offers, deal structures, and maintain regular communication through check-ins, visits, and follow-ups on quotes and projects.
  • Deliver commercial and marketing initiatives including product training, in-store campaigns, as well as events and trade fairs.
  • Organise participation in key UK furniture fairs and ensure the London showroom is used effectively for partner meetings, events and customer visits.
  • Collect and share market feedback internally to improve products, processes, and communication.
  • Keep systems (Odoo) up-to-date and support retailers with claims and after-sales issues as the main contact between partners and Operations.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the external UK sales agent, who supports partner recruitment and on-the-ground sales activity.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales within the UK or Ireland.
  • Experience in partnership management, key account management or B2B sales, ideally within the office furniture sector or on the manufacturer side.
  • A structured and reliable way of working, with strong communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach and a genuine enjoyment of getting things done, rather than just planning.
  • A solution-focused mindset and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Confidence in using CRM systems such as Odoo or similar.
  • Process mindset & continuous improvement: A structured, improvement-oriented way of working, with an interest in understanding, developing, and optimizing operational processes in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK (around 20%).
  • Experience in organising events, trade fairs or similar customer-facing activities.
  • Fluent or native-level English; German is an advantage.
