• Du unterstützt das Mutares Compliance Team bei der Durchführung von Compliance Maßnahmen auf Ebene der Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (z.B. Kommunikations- und Trainingsaktivitäten)
• Du unterstützt bei geldwäscherechtlichen Themen und erhältst Einblicke in die gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Richtlinien eines Unternehmens sowie deren Umsetzung
• Du unterstützt bei der Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Prozessen zur Sicherstellung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen in den Portfoliounternehmen, z.B. EU-Entwaldungsverordnung und EU-KI-Verordnung

Werkstudent Compliance

• Supporting our portfolio companies in their turnaround journey, by working closely with the management board and the Mutares team
• Establishing a business plan incl. a turnaround concept and driving the implementation together with the Operations team and the portfolio company, including the management of different stakeholders
• Assessment of strategic decisions (e.g. Insourcing/Outsourcing) together with the local teams and the Mutares team
• Supporting the acquisition and integration process of add on acquisitions
• Establishing the management governance and coherent tracking and reporting within the portfolio company
