About the role

  • Provide operational HR support to managers and employees
  • Act as a trusted advisor on day‑to‑day people matters
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle and support talent and workforce processes
  • Apply HR knowledge and insights to improve ways of working and ensure consistent, high‑quality HR delivery
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, people matters, and organizational development
  • Support the delivery of HR strategies aligned to business goals
  • Act on employment law and HR best practices
  • Promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
  • Oversee compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market and organizational strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent level HR role
  • Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle complex and sensitive matters confidently
  • In ‑ depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience leading HR projects and supporting change initiatives
  • A strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity, with the ability to embed inclusive practices within HR and the wider business
