About the role
- Provide operational HR support to managers and employees
- Act as a trusted advisor on day‑to‑day people matters
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle and support talent and workforce processes
- Apply HR knowledge and insights to improve ways of working and ensure consistent, high‑quality HR delivery
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, people matters, and organizational development
- Support the delivery of HR strategies aligned to business goals
- Act on employment law and HR best practices
- Promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
- Oversee compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market and organizational strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent level HR role
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle complex and sensitive matters confidently
- In ‑ depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading HR projects and supporting change initiatives
- A strong understanding of the importance of Inclusion & Diversity, with the ability to embed inclusive practices within HR and the wider business
