Manager

• Lead portfolio of environmental monitoring, government and commercial missions
• Own and drive mission management for satellite development programs including efforts with NRO, SDA, and others
• Build and expand the mission portfolio and a mission management team to support concurrent programs
• Partner with Systems, Hardware, and Software teams on mission roadmap development
• Maintain full accountability for execution (cost, schedule, technical) of multiple mission contracts, provide program updates and financial forecasts
• Represent Muon Space to government and commercial customers, ensuring needs are incorporated into mission planning
• Build and mentor a growing team of mission managers
• Contribute to development of Muon Space's program and mission management processes
• Define and execute growth strategies for current and follow-on contracts, support business development through proposals and customer engagement
