About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting for aerospace and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing strategies including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, partnering with interview teams to effectively evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process, providing recommendations and insights for efficient hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes for an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers, including executive leadership
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
