About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of both commercial and government contracts
Produce and review NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, and Vendor Agreements
Spot deviations from playbook positions and escalate risks to senior contracts counsel
Partner with Growth through the pre-award lifecycle; support bid capture and proposal preparation
Manage post-award execution and serve as day-to-day point of contact with customers
Own Muon's profiles, representations and certifications in SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF
Anchor day-to-day department operations and track deadlines
Refine Muon's CLM workflows to shorten cycle times
Advise on contracting terms, process and timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in contracts administration, management or legal operations
At least 2 recent years at a government defense contractor, intelligence community partner or aerospace company
Working knowledge of the FAR and its supplements
Fluency in Government contract portals such as SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF
Hands-on across the full lifecycle of contracts (pre-award through closeout)
History of partnering with Growth or capture teams to review RFP requirements
Experience working from playbooks and templates
Experience managing a high volume of concurrent actions in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
