Accountant

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS) and regulations as outlined in the Company’s Financial Manual
• Prepare journal entries, analyse, and assist with monthly closing processes
• Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
• Support fixed asset administration including project tracking & close-out and physical verification
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and address any audit findings
• Support R&D project initiatives with cost tracking and budgeting
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Meet processing and reporting deadlines
• Respond to information requests and assist with audits
• Involvement in cross-company initiatives and process improvement changes
• Special projects and assignments as needed

Sales

• Manage the service sales activities in support of Retrofit (RFE) installations
• Prepare quotations for service products and materials as necessary
• Grow all aspects of the service business
• Establish rapport and develop solid relationships with key customer contacts
• Identify and research our installation base for potential RFE projects
• Act as liaison between Munters internal Engineering and Applications teams
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals
• Make presentations to prospective customers
• Perform field surveys of customer facilities for refurbishment and modernization.
• Negotiate Terms and Conditions of Sale
