Project Manager

• Serves as the primary contact during design, manufacture, and field service phases
• Gains comprehension of customer design requirements through the review of specifications
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as needed
• Tracks performance identifies issues/roadblocks and implements corrective actions
• Runs project kick-off meetings effectively across all internal stakeholders

• Data Center Service Technicians travel to customer sites to start up, commission and safely troubleshoot and repair Data Center equipment.
• This position requires the ability to work independently, and candidates should have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Requires some ability to manage the projects while onsite for start-up commissioning and coordination of other trades and services.

Sales

• Provides effective Sales leadership, supervision and delivery of projects within the field service, operations and manufacturing functions in close cooperation with the project owner.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of all quotes, ensuring compliance with the quote specifications and ensuring that orders are delivered on time, to budget and according to Terms and Conditions.
• Provide service quotes to support projects in the field by defining project scope, cost estimates, goals and deliverables with collaboration as required from Munters, engineering, production, quality and service groups.
• Manages service sales contracts including managing risk of contractual obligations relating to projects.
• Prepares contractual claims including extensions of time, prolongation cost, acceleration cost and all other contractual claims in support of field service projects.
• Provides timely response to all sales requests.

Service Sales Specialist

Sales Engineer

Engineer

• Develop standard and custom air handler solutions by generating schematic drawings, selecting components, and preparing equipment documentation.
• Create and maintain controls programs for complex air handler and heat transfer systems.
• Provide and maintain control interfaces for electrical components such as motors, fans, VFDs, and other electrical equipment to meet project requirements.
• Support new product development with conceptual designs and layouts, as needed.
• Participate in Kaizen and other cross functional teams to improve designs.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities through improved product design/design for manufacturing.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation to support varying levels of technical and non-technical personnel.

Electrical and Controls Engineer

Designer

• Develop and maintain complex 3D models and 2D drawings for data center cooling products.
• Support hydronic piping, sheet metal, structural parts, brackets, coil/fan interfaces, CDUs, chillers, evaporators, and condensers.
• Create and release manufacturing drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, notes, materials, finishes, weld requirements, and inspection details.
• Perform layout studies, clearance checks, interference reviews, serviceability checks, and manufacturability reviews before drawing release.
• Support design standardization, cost reduction, supplier changes, and product improvements through the ECR/ECO process.
• Create, update, and maintain engineering BOMs, part numbers, assembly structures, and drawing packages in the applicable PDM/ERP systems.
• Ensure design documentation is complete, accurate, revision-controlled, and aligned with the released product configuration.
• Coordinate drawing and BOM updates with Engineering, Project Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
• Review vendor drawings, 3D models, datasheets, and component interfaces for fit, form, function, and manufacturability.
• Support prototype builds, lab test units, design validation activities, and engineering change implementation.
• Collaborate with VA and TX lab teams on fit checks, component layouts, piping arrangements, instrumentation mounting, and test apparatus.
• Assist with field issues, C2/warranty topics, nonconformance reviews, and corrective actions when design documentation is involved.
• Provide practical design input to improve assembly, serviceability, reliability, manufacturability, and quality.
• Act as a senior design resource for assigned programs, helping define drawing scope, priorities, timing, and release deliverables.
• Mentor designers, drafters, and technical support personnel in CAD standards, drawing quality, and configuration discipline.
• Participate in design reviews, ECO reviews, supplier discussions, lab build reviews, and manufacturing readiness meetings.
• Communicate risks, open items, schedule impacts, and required decisions to engineers, project leaders, and managers.
