Engineer

• Develop standard and custom air handler solutions by generating schematic drawings, selecting components, and preparing equipment documentation.
• Create and maintain controls programs for complex air handler and heat transfer systems.
• Provide and maintain control interfaces for electrical components such as motors, fans, VFDs, and other electrical equipment to meet project requirements.
• Support new product development with conceptual designs and layouts, as needed.
• Participate in Kaizen and other cross functional teams to improve designs.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities through improved product design/design for manufacturing.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation to support varying levels of technical and non-technical personnel.

Project Manager

• Provides effective leadership, supervision and delivery of projects within the field service, operations and manufacturing functions in close cooperation with the project owner.
• Is responsible for the successful delivery of all work elements, ensuring compliance with the project specifications and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, to budget and according to quality requirements.
• Serves as backup support for the Technical Specialist as well as providing field technician service support including but not limited to startup, commissioning and IST support when required.
• Understand that service’s major role is one of instant response to customers’ needs and focus as part of a team to always make us available to our customers’ needs, urgent or otherwise.

Service Project Manager

Field Engineer

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and customer support.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment.
• Provide customer training on standard Munters equipment.
• Provide technical feedback on equipment by submitting detailed field service reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers in a service-orientated manner both in person, writing and proper phone skills.
• Promote sales and service on company equipment.
