About the role
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and gain hands-on exposure to a variety of disciplines within Human Resources.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports on HR metrics, identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve HR operations.
- Support HR system (ADP Workforce Now) maintenance and data integrity efforts.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Develop and maintain HR operations documentation, including process guides and employee resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Team player.
- Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure and complete ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner.
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings.
