• Assist the Mortgage Sales Team with member applications, appointment scheduling, member documentation, reporting, and referral/lead tracking
• Respond to telephone calls and emails directed to the Mortgage team and assist with general inquiries related to approval process, mortgage statuses and loan programs
• Manage the mortgage application process ensuring compliance with MCU and third-party loan policies
• Build lifetime quality financial relationships with each member by providing competitive products and excellent service
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking and member satisfaction survey reports using Microsoft Excel and internal reports

Mortgage Sales Assistant

Data Engineer

• Integrate data sets from various source systems into unified formats
• Perform ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) operations
• Cleanse and transform data by applying business rules
• Conduct data cleansing and validation
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues
• Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Build and maintain data pipelines
• Load processed data into analytical data stores
• Monitor the performance and quality of data transfers
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines

Mortgage Loan Officer

• Responsible for converting self-sourced leads optioned from networking and referrals from centers of influence (COI)
• Interview members and prospects to obtain relevant information and evaluate applicants' financial status, review credit history, debt-to-income ratio, and appraisal reports
• Ensure compliance with MCU loan policy, federal, state and NCUA rules, regulations and laws
• Pre-qualify prospective borrowers, prepare preliminary Loan Estimate (LE), initial disclosures, amended disclosures and Rate Lock agreement in compliance with RESPA
• Review the sales contract, income, assets and debt information to ensure applicants meet MCU’s minimum standard guidelines
• Manage pipeline and issue prequalification certificates
• Counsel members on the reasons for denial and advise on improving their financial position and credit score

Full-stack Engineer

• Build, consume, document, and integrate APIs in a development, test and production environment supporting the Credit Union’s Software Platform (on premise and cloud)
• Development of Widgets and Micro services for Online banking SDK Development
• Development of functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Follow requirements to create solutions
• Assists with documentation of code and development processes
• Development of applications on web-based platforms
• Development of application using Latest AI technologies is desirable
• Familiar in latest software development technology
• Familiar in project source control technology
• Knowledge of security and encryption protocols
• Follow standardized methods and procedures used for efficient and prompt handling of all development requests
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance training inclusive of BSA/AML/OFAC and overall BSA/AML/OFAC compliance
• Participate in monthly on-call rotation
• Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned
