DevOps Engineer

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for our embedded C/C++ projects
• Build System Optimization: Manage and enhance our build systems using CMake, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability for complex embedded applications
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform to provision and manage our cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring a reproducible and scalable environment
• Containerization and Orchestration: Leverage Docker to create consistent build and test environments and utilize Kubernetes for orchestrating our build infrastructure
• Build Acceleration: Implement and maintain distributed caching solutions like sccache to significantly reduce C/C++ compilation times
• Artifact Management: Manage build artifacts and dependencies using AWS S3 and other artifact repository solutions

Backend Engineer

• Define static architectures (modularization, layering, interfaces) and dynamic architectures (scheduling, concurrency, inter-core communication)
• Define and monitor system resources, including memory mapping (linker scripts), CPU load budgets, and stack usage.
• Establish and enforce coding guidelines and workflows to standardize code quality across the team.
• Develop architectural strategies for functional safety (ISO26262), including error handling concepts and safe-state management, as well as cybersecurity (ISO21434).
• Oversee the build environment and compiler configurations.
• Hands-on Implementation: Prototype critical components to validate architectural decisions.
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to architecture and code, satisfying ASPICE compliance.
• Lead architectural code reviews to ensure implementation aligns with the design and quality standards.

Embedded Software Architect, C/C++

Manager

• As a Program Planning Manager - Development, you will play a critical role in transforming innovative designs into manufacturable, high-quality products.
• You’ll guide the operational launch of new programs - from initial customer requirements to fully ramped-up production.
• In this role, you will coordinate early-stage manufacturing efforts, including the setup of production lines, tooling, and prototypes.
• You will be the key operational interface during the development phase, enabling a seamless transition from concept to volume production.
• Working cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams, you’ll ensure that customer expectations are translated into effective operational plans.
• By driving early planning, clear communication, and operational readiness, you will help lay the foundation for product and customer success from day one.

Program Planning Manager – Development

• Lead supplier onboarding and requalification audits to evaluate compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes for high complex electronic products with our production partners.
• Lead suppliers to address non-conformities and develop corrective action plans.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality and/or production issues.
• Work closely with purchasing, engineering, and operations teams to support supplier approval processes and new product launches.
• Work with the development team on DFM at an early stage of the project with the target to improve the quality and costs of the components.
• Promote best practices such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Poka-Yoke to reduce defects and improve supplier processes.
• Support our internal change management process.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, supplier strategies in close collaboration with the Purchasing Organization (e.g. VDA 6.8 ME catalogue extension).
• Travel to Production Partner/Supplier as per project business needs.

• Establish a solid and continuous communication with our component key manufacturers and our EMS partners.
• Develop the ME Multi Source Strategy to ensure the continuous supply from all relative suppliers.
• Evaluate and track the lifecycle status of each supplied electronic component for our products.
• Supporting our Operations Team to establish the right procurement strategy and forecast with our production partners.
• EMS stock evolution tracking and mid/long term purchase strategy development.
• Define and prepare supply chain reports for our Management.
