About the role

  • As a Senior Logistics Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Logistics and Micro Factory Team.
  • Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Oversee the smooth and timely distribution of goods to our customers, production partners, and key suppliers.
  • Collaborate with customers and production partners to lead the development and implementation of logistics and packaging concepts.
  • Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and in-house prototype activities.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication with production partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, transport planning, or similar roles, preferably with a focus on organizing shipments in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with packaging solutions and planning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with a focus on logistics processes; experience with SAP ByDesign is highly desirable.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
