About the role
- Hold an accelerator role in delivering high-quality, equitable, and efficient hiring practices
- Partner with Multiplier’s teams to place top talent in their areas
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for select searches
- Serve as the primary owner of recruiting systems, tools, and processes
- Ensure a consistent, human-centered candidate experience
Requirements
- 3+ years proven work experience in recruitment, preferably with a mission-driven organization
- Outstanding client/customer-service orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ATS software, preferably Pinpoint
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively to solve complex issues
- Ability to act in a compassionate and professional manner
