About the role

Design, configure, and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, load balancing, databases, etc.)
Ensure availability by building redundancy, failover, and fault-tolerant architectures
Support scalability for growing traffic and users across multiple regions
Maintain systems for consistent reliability in 24/7 production environments (patching, upgrades, lifecycle management)
Enhance resilience with disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies
Manage and troubleshoot global networking: routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, CDN, and inter-cloud connections
Optimize infrastructure for performance (low latency, high throughput) critical for gaming workloads
Implement security best practices across multi-cloud environments and conduct security audits and vulnerability remediation
Collaborate with DevOps teams and third-party suppliers to align infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
Act as point of contact for infrastructure requests across Development, BI, Operations, and other departments
Lead troubleshooting, incident escalation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions to strengthen long-term reliability

Proven experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong networking knowledge (VPCs/VCNs, subnets, routing, DNS, VPNs, load balancers, IPSec connectivity)
Solid experience with infrastructure security best practices
Track record of maintaining and troubleshooting production systems
Hands-on OCI experience (compute, networking, OKE) (preferred)
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) (preferred)
Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration (preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines (preferred)
Strong communicator, able to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Problem solver with ownership mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
