About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
  • Implement automation, monitoring, and observability solutions to improve system performance and incident response
  • Work directly with customers, including LATAM stakeholders, to understand needs and resolve issues effectively
  • Own the success and reliability of assigned products by driving issues through to resolution, no matter how complex
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent production incidents
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize systems and processes through innovation and creative problem-solving
  • Participate in delivery accelerator program to support mission-critical products

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer
  • Hands-on infrastructure build-out experience
  • Strong background in automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a “figure it out” mindset and perseverance
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) with proven experience in English-speaking environments
  • Must be able to work US time zones
