About the role
- Utilize strong work ethic and prospecting skills to generate and qualify leads
- Drive new sales and expand our customer base
- Engage with the team in daily sales meetings, refine skills with ongoing training
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and competitive insights
- Effectively manage daily schedule to maximize productivity
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with ever-changing conditions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales experience preferred (cold calling or similar outreach strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (or similar software) preferred
- Familiarity with the transportation industry and/or factoring is a plus
- Able to work hybrid schedule
