About the role
- Join a dynamic Sales Team as an inside sales professional at Multi Service Fuel Card.
- Utilize strong work ethic and prospecting skills to generate and qualify leads.
- Drive new sales and expand customer portfolio.
- Engage with the team in daily sales meetings and with ongoing training.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals while earning commissions on top of competitive base pay.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and competitive insights.
- Manage your daily schedule to maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Proven prospecting skills: Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
- Goal-oriented: Motivated by success and driven to achieve targets.
- Creative problem solver: Think outside the box to overcome customer objections.
- Adaptable team player: Comfortable with change and able to adjust strategies as needed.
- Excellent focus, communication, prioritization and organizational abilities.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of sales experience; Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience in the transportation industry and inside sales.
