• End-to-end creation of brand new small group adventures — from researching destinations and sourcing the best local hosts, to negotiating terms, designing itineraries, and producing compelling content.
• Research destinations, build networks, and identify outstanding local partners.
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and quality/safety assessments.
• Curate unique, commercially viable itineraries in partnership with hosts.
• Source and develop trip content that inspires customers.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise product ranges.
• Contribute to MBA’s product growth strategy globally.
