About the role
- Create a positive customer experience to drive sales and promote the company brand in person at events, fairs, festivals, community events and stores
- Engage with attendees/patrons, generate interest in products, and help generate qualified leads for the direct sales team
- Represent the company professionally at stores, events, fairs, festivals, and similar venues
- Be outgoing, upbeat, and actively engage with homeowners; answer questions and create a positive first impression
- Act as a subject matter expert about products and services and showcase company value proposition
- Obtain complete information from prospective customers to schedule appointments and enter homeowners into sweepstakes
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized booth, showroom, or promotions area and ensure marketing materials are available
- Follow security protocols for safekeeping of technology equipment
- Work without close supervision and keep manager informed of daily activities and challenges
- Perform other duties as assigned, including calling prospective leads and other marketing-related tasks
Requirements
- Must be willing to work most weekends
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to drive a conversation
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our products and services
- Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
- Tech savvy, able to operate Microsoft Office, computers, spreadsheets, and mobile devices
- High School Diploma or equivalent
