About the role
- Build relationships with schools, organizations, churches, and professionals to connect individuals with mental health and financial solutions
- Engage local and digital communities to raise awareness and generate leads
- Represent brands at events and through social platforms
- Follow up with leads and get clients set up with appointments for services including counseling, life insurance, and retirement planning
- Help walk individuals, families and business owners through service options and solutions
- Educate and guide clients toward peace of mind—both emotionally and financially
- Promote services through email, social media, community presentations, and other creative methods
- Collaborate with leadership to develop outreach campaigns and storytelling content
- Help eliminate the stigma around mental health and empower financial literacy
Requirements
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, flexible environment
- Passionate about helping others grow—in both health and wealth
- Comfortable with commission-based roles and motivated by results
- Experience in community engagement, sales, outreach, or client services
- Strong outreach or closing abilities (potential for base hourly rate for proven candidates)
- Open to becoming licensed in life insurance and financial services if support and training are provided (not required)
