Program Manager

• Provides clinical oversight and supervision to staff that provide individuals, families, and groups with the support needed to cope with mental health, behavioral health and/or substance abuse illnesses.
• Oversees the intensive outpatient and substance abuse program and ensures compliance, growth, outstanding outcomes & success.
• Establish a recruiting pipeline for substance abuse clients. Be familiar with billing codes needed and credentialing process.
• Develop the program from the ground up.
• Must be knowledgeable of current addiction trends, science and innovation.
• Provides oversight to a team of licensed clinicians, PLPC's and CIT's that facilitate mental health services.
• Provides leadership and support to administrative clinical staff responsible for all discharge planning.
• Supervises staff that monitors, evaluates, and records client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan.
• Attends and participates in staff development programs, department related conferences and administrative meetings.
• Provides on-call crisis support.
• Function as the client advocate in all treatment decisions affecting the client.

Clinical Program Director – IOP, Intensive Outpatient Program

Therapist

• Provide therapeutic services to couples and families, focusing on marriage counseling, relationship dynamics, communication issues, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual and relational challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to address marital and family issues, such as emotional distance, infidelity, parenting conflicts, and other stressors.
• Facilitate a safe and non-judgmental environment for couples and families to openly communicate and work through their issues.
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term solutions when necessary to help couples and families manage acute issues.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment goals, and client progress.
• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed to ensure holistic care.
• Offer support, education, and resources to clients, empowering them to strengthen their relationships and improve overall family dynamics.
