Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, & in person, ensuring a high standard of care for clients.
Perform initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans.
Foster a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
Complete all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, agencies, and resources to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
Commit to completing required paperwork for provisional licensure and credentialing in Louisiana within 30-45 days from the date of acceptance.
Actively participate in supervision sessions, training programs, and other opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
Current provisional licensure as a PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW in the state of Louisiana.
Experience working with clients of various ages, with a focus on children and adolescents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective telehealth interactions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Proficient in using telehealth platforms for counseling services.
