About the role
- Design and deliver Learning & Development opportunities to build capabilities for the organisation
- Partner with Value Streams and Functions to identify learning needs and deliver learning programs
- Create and administer a mentoring scheme
- Map global learning & development needs (short-term and long-term)
- Enhance internal mobility and define potential career paths within and across Value Streams and functions
- Work with Recruitment to enhance visibility of internal candidates
- Utilize data from performance management and talent development to identify candidates for internal roles
- Ensure Values & Behaviors are embedded in processes and systems (Performance Management, Engagement, Townhalls)
- Administer Employee Engagement survey/platform (Peakon) and embed it as a management tool
- Design and drive global improvement actions based on employee feedback insights
- Support employee experience touchpoints (communication, onboarding, promotion, relocation, training)
