About the role
- Guide new clients through implementation and adoption of assigned MSPbots products
- Maintain deep, up-to-date understanding of MSPbots products and new features
- Act as subject matter expert and strategic advisor to clients and internal teams
- Conduct needs assessments and establish measurable onboarding goals
- Leverage pre-built templates and best-practice configurations to accelerate time to value
- Develop and deliver online training sessions covering product features and implementation strategies
- Guide clients through configuration and customization to align with workflows
- Provide ongoing support and guidance during initial stages of product adoption
- Capture client feedback and communicate to Product Team
- Maintain communication with Customer Success Manager and facilitate handoff
- Create and maintain onboarding resources (videos, documentation, tutorials, FAQs)
- Anticipate and resolve adoption challenges and identify process improvements
Requirements
- Philippine-based only (location requirement)
- Willingness to work 8 AM-5 PM CDT (9 PM-6 AM PHT) schedule
- Deep understanding of MSPs, service delivery processes, and common pain points
- Proven experience in defining and implementing successful process improvements
- Strong data analysis skills
- BI Tool experience a PLUS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep experience in the ticket dispatching process
- Deep expertise in PSA best practices
- Experience with change management and overcoming user resistance
- Ability to provide own WFH equipment (laptop/computer, stable internet, headset, webcam)
- Willingness to install Time Doctor and Automate Agent
- Agreement to company policies regarding no side business, voluntary government contributions, and no night differential
