About the role
- Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate complex claims
- Ensure compliance with MSMM Claim Handling Guidelines
- Manage, control and negotiate timely claim payments and settlements
- Attend pre-trials, trials, settlement conferences and mediations as required
- Maintain ongoing communication with all customers throughout the claims process
Requirements
- High School Degree or G.E.D.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years related experience handling complex Liability or Workers’ Compensation Claims
